<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document browsing device for making it easy to search for a target page by page turning, and for reducing power consumption in page turning.SOLUTION: A document browsing device includes a display part 15 (electronic paper) capable of storing display content without consuming power, and consuming power in the rewriting of the display content. In a case of switching a page to be displayed at the display part in accordance with a page turning operation received by an operation part 13, only a designated region preliminarily designated by a user is displayed, and the page is switched.
