<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing word-of-mouth information on medical institutions in which problems of a lack of feedbacks, contributions by non-users and difficulty in reflecting improvements are resolved.SOLUTION: The system notifies a medical institution of contribution of word-of-mouth communication, thereby urging the medical institution to access to the communication, and feeds back an access situation to a patient. The system allows a medical institution to perform setting so that negative word-of-mouth communication is not displayed on an individual page of the medical institution. The system performs different processing according to whether the patient has consulted the medical institution or not. When the medical institution reports a resolution of a problem, the system performs batch processing on word-of-mouth communication containing the resolved problem.</p> |
