<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method that enables an objective prognosis prediction of a lifetime for a hepatocellular carcinoma patient.SOLUTION: On the basis of a serum inspection component of the hepatocellular carcinoma patient, a ROM score correlating to risk of mortality from hepatoma to be calculated by k×ALB+k×CRP+k×γ-GTP+k×LAP+k×CRP+k×hyaluronic acid+k×Log(NX-PVKA) is proposed as an index for predicting the prognosis of the lifetime, where k=0.654, k=-0.804, k=0.00431, k=-0.0102, k=0.317, k=0.00135 and k=0.868. Further, the lifetime can be calculated by a Log(surviving days)=α-β×ROM score, whereα=6.311 andβ=0.529.</p> |
