<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wet-process synthetic leather, in which the amount of solvent used is reduced by using PUD, and material cost is reduced and a drying time is shortened by reducing the amount of resin used, while maintaining characteristics such as flexibility of the wet-process synthetic leather.SOLUTION: A base layer 13 is obtained from a fiber base material 11 by a wet process, in which an organic solvent solution of polyurethane resin is impregnated into or applied onto the fiber base material 11, and the fiber base material 11 with the resin solution is passed through water or warm water to solidify the resin, and then the fiber base material 11 with the resin is dried to obtain the base layer 13. A facing layer 15 that is a bored film is formed by a dry process using aqueous polyurethane dispersion solution. The base layer 13 and the facing layer 15 are joined to each other via an adhesive agent layer 14 having foamed aqueous polyurethane dispersion solution.</p> |
