According to the invention, the product consists of 30...45% roasted sunflower seeds, 3...8% carob flour, 40...55% sugar, 3...10% palm oil, 0.4...1% lecithin, up to 2% mono and diglycerides, and a usual antioxidant, respectively, the percentage being expressed by mass. |
