<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device capable of forming sufficient storage capacity. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate including a plurality of pixel regions; a thin film transistor formed in each pixel region of the substrate; a pixel electrode formed in each pixel region; an organic light emitting unit formed in each pixel region to emit light; a common electrode formed on the organic light emitting unit to supply a signal to the organic light emitting unit; and a metal layer and a power wire disposed in the pixel region with an insulation layer being interposed therebetween to form a storage capacitor. The insulation layer between the metal layer and the power wire has a thickness different from that of another region to control a size of the storage capacitor.</p> |
