The timepiece i.e. wrist-watch, has a case (4) provided with a winder stem (1) and a crown (2) accessible from the outside of the case to actuate the winder stem. The crown is pivotally mounted with respect to the winder stem between a rest position in which the crown is folded partly into an opening (3) of the case, and an actuating position in which the crown is placed in line with the winder stem and projects from the case for actuation of the winder stem. A notch in the case allows the crown to move from the rest position to the actuation position.
