PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain partition member of a balcony that can solve the problem that a balcony floor surface of a private house from getting dirty with a drain which is dammed up by a raised part to flow backward, and a balcony structure using the drain partition member.SOLUTION: There is provided a drain partition member which includes a horizontal part 2 having a length equal to or substantially equal to a projection width of a balcony and a raised part 3 stood at a width-directional intermediate region of the horizontal part 2 to an overall length of the horizontal part 2, and also has drain grooves 4, 4 formed on an upper surface of the horizontal part 2 to the overall length of the horizontal part 2. A drain which is dammed up by the raised part 3 to flow backward is received by the drain grooves 4, 4 and made to flow to a recessed groove at a balcony front edge, thereby solving the trouble that a balcony floor surface of a private house gets dirty. A balcony structure has a drain partition member 1A installed at a border part of balconies of mutually adjacent houses of an apartment house. |
