PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating film with a multilayer structure which has good electric characteristics capable of being used for an electric insulating layer of a multilayer circuit board and can form an electric insulating layer having excellent fire retardancy, heat resistance and peel strength, a prepreg and a cured product thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided an insulating film which comprises: a plated layer composed of a resin composition for a plated layer which contains a polar group-containing alicyclic olefin polymer, a phosphorus-containing epoxy compound having an epoxy group reactive with a polar group of the polar group-containing alicyclic olefin polymer and a filler; and an adhesive layer composed of a resin composition for an adhesive layer. |
