摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required until an operation unit included in a multifunction machine becomes operable when the multifunction machine returns from a power saving mode.SOLUTION: When an information processing device returns from a power saving mode, a sub CPU 240 reads initial screen data stored in a nonvolatile memory 230 in advance and displays the initial screen data on a display screen 211. The sub CPU 240 detects coordinate data on a region touched by a user on an initial screen and stores the coordinate data in the nonvolatile memory 230. During that time, a main CPU 250 performs start processing including setting of the device. When the start processing ends, the main CPU 250 reads the coordinate data stored in the nonvolatile memory 230, identifies a function selected by the user, and executes an identified operation. Furthermore, the main CPU 250 generates display screen data according to determination of the function selected by the user, transfers the generated display screen data to an operation unit controller 220, and transmits a screen switching instruction to the operation unit controller 220.
