PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify configuration of a terminal device in a notification system for notifying its surroundings about existence of a moving object.SOLUTION: In a notification system 1, a roadside device 10 transmits a request signal for requesting data transmission into a preset target region, and a road stud device 30 notifies its surroundings about the existence of the moving object when receiving data for the request signal from a terminal device 20. The terminal device 20 receives the request signal, and transmits preset data when receiving the request signal. According to such notification system 1, it is possible to cause only the terminal device 20 receiving the request signal within the target region to transmit the data. Therefore, the terminal device 20 does not need to detect own location. Thus, it is possible to simplify the configuration of the terminal device 20 while reducing power consumption of the terminal device 20.
