A machine for blowing bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate, consisting of a sequentially connected elevator (1) with a receiving hopper (36), orienting device (2) with a rotating blade (37), with inclined shafts (32) and a parallel slide (20), to which is connected a feeding device (3) with parallel receivers (33), whereby the feeding device (3) is connected to a standard type heating unit (4), connected to a molding unit (5) for bottles (8), whereby between the heating unit (4) and molding unit (5) is placed a handler (6), whereby the molding unit (5) includes a replaceable matrix (9) comprised of two mold halves attached immovably to movable plates (30.1 and 30.2), and the bottom (12) of the matrix (9) is fixed immovably to a plate (31), which is a constituent part of a driving mechanism (11) of the bottom (12), whereby the replaceable matrix (9) is also equipped with locking units (15.1 and 15.2), and above it are positioned clamps (16), and above them – a stretching unit (17), whereby on the side of the matrix (9) is placed an under-spring membrane mechanism (47), whereby at the output of molding unit (5) are positioned output receivers (35) for transporting the finished bottles (8) to the output (49) of the machine, which is equipped with a control system (18), whereby the driving mechanism (11) of the bottom (12) of the matrix (9), the driving mechanisms (14) of the two locking units (15.1 and 15.2) of the matrix (9), as well as the driving mechanisms (51) of the clamps (16) are pneumatic and are connected to the pneumatic system of the machine, characterized by the fact that the driving mechanism (10) of the matrix (9), the driving mechanism (13) of the handler (6), and the driving mechanism (50) of the stretching unit (17) are implemented with linear servo motors. 1 claim, 5 figures |
