To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an encapsulation plate of an organic light emitting display which includes the steps of applying first heat which is 30°C or below the minimum adhesion temperature to a protection plate; applying second heat which is between the minimum adhesion temperature and the maximum adhesion temperature to a protection film coated with adhesive; and bonding the protection film and the adhesive to the protection plate by applying the second heat to the protection film.
