PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture conversion device capable of performing the transfer of electronic parts reliably.SOLUTION: A posture conversion device comprises: a first absorptive holding member 22 for inverting an IC chip 4 vertically; and a second absorptive holding member 23 for receiving the IC chip which has been taken out of a receipt tape 7 and inverted by the first absorptive holding member and for feeding the same to a downstream side device. A first suction nozzle portion 22b of the first absorptive holding member and a second suction nozzle portion 24 of the second absorptive holding member are constituted to oppose to each other in a cylindrical guide 40 and to transfer the IC chip. |
