PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and apparatus system for contributing to peak shift of power without installing an apparatus requiring a high cost.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: reception means for receiving information for requesting power saving of a user using power from an external device; display control means for making a display device display the information received by the reception means; and determination means for determining whether or not acceptance of the power saving shown by the user correspondingly to the information displayed on the display device exists. The electronic apparatus comprises: detection means for detecting a physical quantity fluctuating depending on use of power by the user; and transmission means for transmitting information for showing that the acceptance has been performed and detection results by the detection means before and after the acceptance to the external device, when the determination means determined that the acceptance has been performed.
