PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona discharging device capable of discharging a discharge product generated around a discharge wire in a relatively large amount, from the downstream side in a rotation direction of a charge target body of a gap between a surrounding member that surrounds the discharge wire and a charge target surface of the charge target body.SOLUTION: A corona discharging device includes a discharge wire to which voltage is supplied, and a surrounding member that is arranged to face a charge target surface of a charge target body that rotates to make circumferential movement and has a gap with the charge target surface, and surrounds the discharge wire that is laid over in a direction of a rotation shaft of the charge target body. The surrounding member includes an opening for introducing air at a portion on the upstream side in a rotation direction of the charge target body with respect to the discharge wire as a boundary. |
