PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber composition that contains SBR as crosslinking rubber, and can be efficiently and sufficiently foamed and crosslinked by a continuous crosslinking device including a microwave crosslinking device and a hot air crosslinking device after extrusion molding to be manufactured into a roller body that sufficiently satisfies desired flexibility, a transfer roller including the roller body formed of the conductive rubber composition, and an image forming apparatus having the transfer roller incorporated therein.SOLUTION: A conductive rubber composition contains a rubber portion including at least SBR, EPDM, and epichlorohydrin rubber that is combined with a crosslinking component for crosslinking the rubber portion, a foaming agent component, and carbon black HAF in the amount of 5 parts by mass or more and 25 parts by mass or less relative to the total 100 parts by mass of the rubber portion. A transfer roller 1 includes a cylindrical roller body 2 formed of the conductive rubber composition. An image forming apparatus has the transfer roller incorporated therein. |
