<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft structure of a sun visor in which peeling of a coating resin can be prevented even when an excessive torque acts thereon.SOLUTION: A coating resin 3B is provided on an outer periphery of a cylindrical core material 3A to form a shaft 3 for turnably attaching a sun visor body 2. A spring member 5 elastically contacted with an outer periphery of the shaft 3 and imparting a turning resistance force to the sun visor body 2 is provided between the shaft 3 and the sun visor body 2. A chamfer 34 with which the spring member 5 is brought into surface contact is formed at a portion of an outer periphery of the coating resin 3B, and the formation side of the chamfer 34 is concaved in the central side of the cylindrical core material 3A to provide a recess 35 at a portion where the cylindrical core material 3A corresponds to the chamfer 34. The coating resin 3B is made thick at a portion forming the chamfer 34.</p> |
