<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable method for molding a resin game plate of a Pachinko game machine more than an injection molding.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a game plate 10 of a Pachinko game machine for molding the game plate 10 by injecting a resin R in a molding part C provided in a metallic mold 110 comprises: a pressing device 160 that includes a moving mold 132, in the metallic mold 110, which forms a part of a molding surface of the molding part C and is movable to expand/contract the forming part C, energizes the moving mold 132 in a direction of contracting the molding part C by a spring 152, and presses the moving mold 132 in a direction of contracting the molding part C; and a drive device 170 that drives the pressing device 160. The manufacturing method includes: injecting the resin R in the molding part C; moving the moving mold 132 by the filling pressure, in a direction of expanding the molding part C; then driving the pressing device 160; adding pressing force by the pressing device 160 to elastic force of the spring 152 to move the moving mold 132 in the direction of contracting the molding part C; and pressing the resin R in the molding part C.</p> |
