<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupied space of a battery management system.SOLUTION: A battery management system 100 comprises: cell monitoring devices 21', 21 to 2n ( battery cell management devices ) provided corresponding to battery modules M1 to Mn formed by connecting battery cells C in series; and a battery management apparatus 1 ( a battery pack management apparatus ) provided corresponding to a battery pack K formed by connecting battery modules M1 to Mn in series. The cell monitoring devices 21', 21 to 2n detect a voltage of each battery cells C, and send the voltage data to the battery management apparatus 1. The battery management apparatus 1 detects voltage of the battery pack K, and determines the presence/absence of the abnormality on the basis of the voltage and the voltage data of each battery cells C received from the cell monitoring devices 21', 22 to 2n. An integrated ECU5 ( an integrated battery management apparatus ) is formed by mounting the cell monitoring device 21' and the battery management apparatus 1 on a same substrate 3.</p> |
