PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for easily adjusting an inner bag (garbage bag) for a garbage box to a neat shape and fixing it to the garbage box.SOLUTION: An instrument is used by being attached to an outer surface of a garbage bag body. The instrument utilizing a cocoon grips a handle of an inner bag (garbage bag) and a part of the bag, and fixes them to the garbage box. The cocoon is provided with a cut part 2 for pinching a part of the handle of the bag, and a mount 3 for sticking the cocoon is provided.
