The present invention provides a biolytic yarn washing device that solves the problem of color fastness due to cottonizing by compensating for a washing process, which is insufficient in an existing dyeing process, and effectively removing non-fixed dye and contaminants. For the purpose, the washing device for removing non-fixed dye and contaminants remaining in biolytic yarn after dyeing the biolytic yarn, comprises: a first washing tank having the biolytic yarn installed in zigzag at a plurality of upper roller and lower rollers inside to pass washing liquid many times; a correction part for correcting the moving path of the biolytic yarn that has passed the first washing tank; a second washing tank having the biolytic yarn installed in zigzag at a plurality of upper roller and lower rollers inside to pass the washing liquid many times so that the biolytic yarn, which has passed the correction part, can be introduced and washed; a first auxiliary washing tank for washing the biolytic yarn, which has passed the second washing tank, again; and a second auxiliary washing tank for washing the biolytic yarn, which has passed the first auxiliary washing tank, and giving the biolytic flexibility and an antistatic property, wherein the first washing tank includes either of a supersonic wave generator and a washing brush, and a beater, the second washing tank includes a washing brush and a beater inside, and the first auxiliary washing tank and the second auxiliary washing tank include beaters. |
