The present invention relates to an air conditioner having an exhaust heat recovery device and a bypass function, comprising an indoor air intake fan; an air supply blowing fan; an air conditioning coil and a filter between an air supply chamber and an air intake chamber; a prefabricated counterflow heat exchanger between an outdoor air intake chamber and an indoor air intake chamber; an outdoor air intake passage; an exhaust chamber of which one side and the other side are respectively connected to an exhaust space and the indoor air intake chamber, on each connection part of which an exhaust damper and an indoor air bypass damper are installed, and which has a chamber exhaust outlet; and the outdoor air intake chamber of which one side and the other side are respectively connected to an outdoor air intake space and the air supply chamber, on each connection part of which an outdoor air intake damper and an outdoor air bypass damper are installed, and which has an outdoor air inlet. Thus the present invention recovers exhaust heat using outdoor air through the counterflow heat exchanger which has changed an airflow direction; and carries out outdoor air conditioning using bypass in an intermediate period. |
