The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power conditioner using a sinusoidal pulse width modulation boost chopper. The present invention can suppress switching loss, be made small and light by using a nonpolar common capacitor instead of a polar electrolytic capacitor as a DC link bus line capacitor (Cc), extend the lifetime of a circuit, and reduce loss, thereby improving the marketability of a product itself and the reliability of the operation.
