摘要 A temperature compensation circuit of light source in the optical communication system is provided to compensate for the temperature characteristic of the light source. The outside temperature sensor(10) is positioned outside of the IC. The external temperature sensor senses the temperature characteristic of the light source. The internal temperature sensor(20) is positioned inside of the IC. The internal temperature sensor senses the temperature characteristic of the light source. The bias current source(50) receives the output signal of the external temperature sensor in which the power range is transformed, through the second switch(S2) and the output signal of the internal temperature sensor through the first switch(S1). The bias current source determines the bias current of the light source. The modulation current source(60) receives the output signal of the external temperature sensor in which the power range is transformed through the second switch and the output signal of the internal temperature sensor through the first switch. The modulation current source determines the modulation current of the light source. the ATC (Automatic Temperature Control) port(30) receives the ATC signal selecting the temperature sensor connected to the current sources among the external temperature sensor and the internal temperature sensor.
