PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system for a vehicle which directly warms up a bed (40) disposed on a cab floor (20) and enables energy contained in a combustion exhaust gas (Eg) of a parking heater (10) to be reused.SOLUTION: A heating system for a vehicle includes: a parking heater (10); a heater board (8) disposed at the floor surface side in a cab (Rc); a heat exchange member (60) having passages (passages 18 for an exhaust gas) in which the exhaust gas (Eg) of the parking heater (10) flows; and heat conduction members (9) which thermally conduct heat contained in the exhaust gas (Eg) to the heating member (8) through the heat exchange member (60). The heat conduction members (9) are respectively connected with the passages (18) for conducting heat exchange between the exhaust gas (Eg) and the heat conduction members (9).
