<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed type belt tensioner capable of simply adjusting tension of a belt.SOLUTION: A bolt insertion hole 4 is formed on an eccentric position from a center of a cylindrical outer diameter surface for rotatably supporting a tension pulley 3 of a pulley support shaft 1 and a fastening bolt 5 inserted into the bolt insertion hole 4 is screw-engaged in a screw hole 7 of an engine block 6. A torque limiter mechanism 10 is arranged between the pulley support shaft 1 and the fastening bolt 5, rotation torque in a fastening direction of the fastening bolt is transmitted to the pulley support shaft 1 through the torque limiter mechanism 10 to oscillate the pulley support shaft 1 around the fastening bolt 5 and the belt B is tensed by the oscillation. When tension of the belt B is increased and oscillation resistance applied from the belt B to the pulley support shaft 1 reaches predetermined resistance, torque transmission to the pulley support shaft 1 is cut off and the belt B is held in a predetermined tensile condition.</p> |
