A method for detecting a cell voltage and impedance of a fuel cell stack diagnosis device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes the steps of: applying an alternating current (AC) to a fuel cell stack driven by a basic operation current (DC); dividing a cell voltage of the fuel cell stack into a plurality of groups to measure the plurality of groups; detecting a direct current component of the cell voltage for each of the plurality of groups, when the cell voltage is measured; detecting an AC component of the cell voltage for each of the plurality of groups, when the cell voltage is measured; and detecting impedance using the AC component of the cell voltage and the AC current applied to the fuel cell stack.
