<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, upon cleaning of unbleached kraft pulp blended with a fixed amount of cedar material, capable of effectively performing the cleaning of the pulp.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for cleaning unbleached kraft pulp characterized in that, in a process of cleaning unbleached kraft pulp blended with a cedar material of 15% or higher, before cleaning treatment by a vacuum type filter cleaning machine, a high foamability surfactant whose foam height measured in accordance with JIS K 3362 reaches 50 to 500 mm is added, and the addition rate of the surfactant is 10 to 1,000 ppm to bone-dry pulp.</p> |
