The invention relates to dentistry, particularly to dental implantology, and can be used for filling the partial edentulous areas adjacent to the bridge prosthesis.According to the invention, the claimed method consists in that it is performed the surgical step with local anesthesia with the introduction into the place of missing teeth of 1…2 implants, depending on the number of missing teeth, after an osteointegration period for the lower jaw of 3…4 months, and for the upper jaw of 6…8 months, it is installed a gum shaper for a period of 10 days, then it is made a silicone imprint, it is poured a plaster model, into which are introduced implant analogs, into which are screwed plastic tubes, afterwards are cut the plastic tubes according to the shape of the dental arch and the height of dental occlusion with the formation of technological channels in the corresponding model of the introduced implants. It is modeled the dental segment of wax, then according to the wax model is made a metal analog, it is installed the dental segment on the appropriate implants and it is connected to the bridge prosthesis by means of cold welding. The dental segment is coated with ceramics or composite material, or other decorative material, it is fixed to the implants through the technological channels by means of screws, and the channels are filled with filling material. |
