The present invention relates to a fuel supply system comprising: a feeder fuel circuit (4) which allows a first fuel discharged from a first fuel tank (12) about a first fuel type, especially heavy oil, to be transported towards a batch tank (14) by passing through a first pump device (6) or allows a second fuel discharged from a second fuel tank (13) about a second fuel type, especially a distillate fuel, to be transported towards the batch tank (14) by passing through the first pump device (6); and a booster fuel circuit (5) which allows a fuel discharged from the batch tank (14) to be transported towards at least one diesel combustion engine (2, 3) for a vessel through a second pump device (21). The booster fuel circuit (5) includes an automatic microfilter (42) which is arranged at the upstream of the diesel combustion engines (2, 3) or each of the diesel combustion engines. |
