An organic light emitting diode display device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a first transistor for supplying data voltage to a first node according to a first scan signal; a second transistor having a first electrode connected to the first node and a second electrode connected to a gate electrode; a third transistor for initializing voltage of a second node, which is the second electrode of the second transistor, according to a second scan signal; a capacitor having one end connected to the second node and the other end connected to a third node to which high potential power voltage is applied; a driving transistor having a gate electrode connected to the second node and a source node connected to the third node; and an organic light emitting diode having an anode electrode connected to a fourth node which is a drain electrode of the driving transistor and controlling light emission according to voltage applied to a cathode electrode.
