The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbon-fiber reinforced precast concrete (PC) column having a hollow therein, wherein the hollow is formed by using a lightweight carbon fiber with high tensile strength, and facilitating a welding work between the columns at a construction site by making steel bars arranged and attached in advance inside the hollow. According to the present invention, the PC column comprises: a concrete unit surrounding the outside of the cross section of a column; a pipe-shaped carbon fiber tube surrounding the inside of the concrete unit; a plurality of vertical steel bars arranged inside the carbon fiber tube; and a steel-bar fixing unit fixating the vertical steel bar on the carbon fiber tube, wherein the steel-bar fixing unit adheres to the upper and lower ends of the carbon fiber tube and makes the vertical steel bar spot-welded to the inner surface thereof. The manufacturing method of the PC column comprises: (a) a step of manufacturing a carbon fiber tube; (b) a step of attaching the steel-bar fixing unit to the upper and lower ends of the carbon fiber tube; (c) a step of setting up a form to mold the hollow PC column; a step of placing and curing concrete inside the form; (e) a step of disassembling and removing the form; and (f) a step of arranging vertical steel bars inside the carbon fiber tube and fixating the vertical steel bars on the inner surface of the steel-bar fixing unit by spot-welding. |
