The present invention relates to a counterfeiting prevention means and a counterfeiting prevention system of garbage bags and, more specifically, to a counterfeiting prevention means consisting of a random number and a QR code, and identification symbol/ letter/ number, which is provided to the garbage bags to fundamentally prevent counterfeiting the garbage bags. The present invention is to enable consumers to check whether the garbage bags the consumers have purchased through a direct terminal (for example: smart phones) exist by storing the counterfeiting prevention means on a server, thereby preventing damage caused by the purchase of counterfeit garbage bags.
