An operation device of a portable eco-friendly fire extinguisher according to the present invention includes: a fire extinguishing tank filled with fire extinguishing chemicals; a jetting nipple assembled on the top of the fire extinguishing tank, while having a flow passage; an operation pin installed inside the jetting nipple and having a plurality of holes along the outer circumference; a handle installed on the jetting nipple to pressurize and operate the operation pin; and a rupture disk inserted to the jetting nipple to block the fire extinguishing chemicals. A cutting portion for perforating the rupture disk is formed on the basal end portion of the operation pin, and first and second chamfer portions are formed at the end of the cutting portion to prevent the end portion of the rupture disk from falling off when the rupture disk is perforated.
