The present invention relates to a printed circuit board (called′PCB′) to mount an element such as an LED. According to the present invention, since problems of an existing metal PCB structure, that functions of autonomously absorbing or reducing electromagnetic waves to prevent a bad influence by the electromagnetic waves from elements on a board are not considered and also there is a clear limitation on a heat radiation effect because heat is not evenly distributed on the entire board and concentrated on a bottom surface of an LED, are solved. Therefore, the heat generated from the elements is evenly distributed on the entire board to have excellent heat radiation performance while having an electromagnetic wave absorbing property for absorbing electromagnetic waves in a low frequency range generated from the elements.
