The perforation unit is moved between a first position, in which the perforation unit is remotely positioned at a distance from a cover, and a second position in which the perforation unit is utilized for piercing the cover. The transparent tube is fixedly attached at an inflatable pocket (1) such that the part of the tube is communicated with an interior part (I) of the pocket. A remaining part is communicated with an outer side (E) of the pocket.
