The present invention relates to an apparatus for winding a low-strength metal wire and, more specifically, includes: a guide roller module for guiding a continuously supplied low-strength metal wire to slide along the outer circumference; a motor for a roller, connected to the guide roller module to induce rotation of the guide roller module; a motor for a drum body where a drum body is coupled to induce rotation of the drum body; a moving instrument for offsetting, arranged between the guide roller module and drum body to pass the low-strength metal wire through, while binding down the sidewise position of the low-strength metal wire, and to spirally wind the low-strength metal wire around the outer circumference of the drum body while performing a sidewise offset movement by the operation of an actuator; encoders respectively installed on actuators of the motor for a roller, the motor for a drum body, and the moving instrument for offsetting; and an operation program module for receiving actuator operation information from the encoders of the motor for a roller, the motor for a drum body, and the moving instrument for offsetting, and controlling the respective actuators of the motor for a roller, the motor for a drum body, and the moving instrument for offsetting. Therefore, a winding tensile strength of the low-strength metal wire, wound to the drum body, can maintain a predetermined standard value. The operation program module includes a controller for setting the respective operation patterns of the actuators of the motor for a roller, the motor for a drum body, and the moving instrument for offsetting, in accordance with characteristics of different types of a low-strength metal wire. |
