The assembly has a turbine shroud (10) formed of ring sectors (11) and a support structure (30) supporting the turbine shroud. Each ring sector has a pie shaped section provided with an annular base (12). An upstream anchoring tab (14) and a downstream anchoring tab (16) are projected from an external face of the annular base. The ring sector is axially maintained by mutual engagement of a groove (17) and a circumferential rib (37) on supporting surfaces opposite to the downstream anchoring tab and an annular flange (36) of the support structure.
