A portable handheld flavour delivery device (100) which ejects a consumable flavoured hydrosol comprising a foam for oral consumption. The portable handheld flavour delivery device (100) contains one or more liquids and one or more propellants. A pressure valve (108) expels at least a portion of the one or more liquids and at least a portion of the one or more propellants from the portable handheld flavour delivery device (100) while dispersing the one or more propellants into the one or more liquids, thus forming a consumable flavoured hydrosol comprising a foam. The hydrosol comprises one or more gases mixed within one or more liquids. The pressure valve (1008) is activated by a pressure drop in the flavour delivery device (100). A nozzle (110) delivers the consumable flavoured hydrosol and the pressure drop in the flavour delivery device (100) is created by applying a suction force to the nozzle (110).
