Novel substituted triazole derivatives as gamma secretase modulators

The disclosure relates to substituted triazole derivatives of formula (I) wherein the variables Het1, R1, R2, A1, A2, A3, A4, L1, and L2 are as defined in the specification. These substituted triazole derivatives are useful as gamma secretase modulators. The disclosure further relates to processes for preparing these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds as an active ingredient as well as the use of said compounds as a medicament. These gamma secretase modulators of formula (I) are suitable for use in the treatment or prevention of a disease or condition selected from Alzheimer’s disease, traumatic brain injury, mild cognitive impairment, senility, dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, cerebral amyloid angiopathy, multi-infarct dementia, dementia pugilistica, Down’s syndrome, dementia associated with Parkinson’s disease and dementia associated with beta-amyloid.
