PURPOSE: An oscillator insensitive to environmental change is provided to minimize the degradation of system performance by oscillation frequency change by forming a structure which is dull to the environment change like a process. CONSTITUTION: A current source supplies a constant current. A first and second switching part(110,120) are respectively serially connected between a current source and a ground. A capacitor for charging is connected to the first and the second switching part. The capacitor for charging is charged with a current, which is provided in the current source, according to the switching of the first and the second switching part. A (+) terminal and a (-) terminal in a first and second comparison unit(150,160) are respectively input voltages which are charged in the capacitor for charging. A first and second units for generating reference voltages(170,180) output a first regular voltage and a second reference voltage. A controller(190) feeds back the ON and OFF switching signal of the first and the second switching part. |
