The invention relates to an anchoring device comprising an anchoring sheath (2) and a member (3) for locking said sheath in relation to the sleeper (101). According to the invention: the upper end of the sheath (2) includes a rotation engagement zone (7), while the lower end includes a base (6) provided with a circular opening (8) forming a rim; and the locking member (3) includes a circular assembly part comprising at least one ratchet tooth (13), and said circular assembly part can be engaged in the circular opening (8), while the ratchet tooth (13) can be engaged with the rim, such that the locking member (3) is axially assembled to the sheath (2) without rotatably connecting the sheath (2) in relation to the locking member (3). The ratchet tooth (13) comprises an upper portion located inside the sheath (2) following assembly, which can be used to actuate the ratchet tooth (13) from the upper opening, unlocking said ratchet tooth in relation to the rim, such as to disassemble the sheath (2) and the locking member (3). |
