The present invention relates to a tilt control device and a method for controlling a relative motion (M) between a first chair member (5) and a second chair member (6) connected to be circled. The first member (5) includes one receptacle (18). The second member (6) includes a guide (30). The tilt control device (6) additionally includes the guide (30) and a movable tilt locking member (16) formed to enter at least one receptacle (18) in order to retreat from the guide (30) and at least one receptacle (18). An operation member (7) is operationally connected to the locking member (16) through an elasticity operation means (26, 27) arranged and formed in order to permit a relative motion between the operation member and locking member. Accordingly, the operation member (7) and the locking member are not connected directly, but the operation member controls the motion of the locking member through a middle elasticity element, for example a spring (26, 27). |
