Individual error correction-type portable axle scales according to the present invention comprise: an axle scales plate which is shaped like a board; multiple weight sensors which are embedded in the axle scales plate and have separate output signal lines; and a measuring module which performs separate offset corrections for each output signal of the weight sensors and calculates axle weight by adding values measured by all the weight sensors. According to the present invention, weight can be accurately calculated by using an active correction method of a sensor pad although weight values of each load cell are differently read because of systematic errors for resistance of each load cell caused by the flatness of a road on which portable axle scales are placed in order to weigh and changes in other physical environments. As a result, the individual error correction-type portable axle scales according to the present invention are expected to be a good alternative for portable axle scale system which requires high accuracy. |
