<p>Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for treating or preventing nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery. The compositions comprise an NK1 receptor antagonist such as netupitant, a 5HT3 antagonist such as palonosetron, and/or dexamethasone.
