The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof, which may enhance accuracy of degradation estimation data and may estimate degradation even by using a small capacity memory. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a display panel including an organic light emitting diode and a plurality of pixels composed of pixel circuits which make the organic light emitting diode emit light; a gate driver for supplying a scan signal and a driving voltage to drive the pixels; a data driver for supplying a data voltage and a reference voltage to the pixels when being driven; a timing controller for performing a control operation to operate the gate driver and the data driver; a memory for storing degradation estimating model data; and a degradation estimating part for filtering stress average data, performing a bit shift operation and generating average stress data of the current frame. |
