The present invention relates to conductor welding for connecting cable conductors and, more specifically, to a conductor welding method of a submarine cable and a conductor welding device including a cooling circulation device for cooling a conductor overheated in a welding process. The conductor welding device for a submarine cable according to the present invention includes a V-cutting jig for cutting the ends of conductors into a V-shape for welding the conductors; a metallic welding jig which radiates welding heat to the outside while supporting both conductors which are horizontally touching; cooling members which are vertically joined to the conductors on both sides of the welding jig and which includes first and second cooling members including internal flow passages; a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet connected to one surface among the first and second cooling members; a U-shaped circulation pipe connecting the flow passages of the first and second cooling members; and a cooling circulation device having a circulation pipe which connects the flow passages of the cooling members joined to the conductors. |
