The present invention relates to a suturing device for suturing an incision site inside organs using endoscopy and a suturing method using the same and, more specifically, to a suturing device for endoscopy using magnetic force for performing a sewing mode in an endoscope and a suturing method using the same. The suturing device for endoscopy using magnetic force of the present invention comprises the following: a suturing needle in a size capable of passing through a channel of a general-purpose endoscope; a push stick located inside the suturing needle to be moved freely; a magnet unit located on the front side of the push stick with magnetic force; a ball unit connected to a suturing thread, capable of being attached to the magnet unit; and a jamming unit for jamming the ball unit to the inside of the suturing needle. |
