The present invention relates to a nutty sesame roasting machine capable of maintaining nutty flavor without breaking the shape in a process for roasting the sesame. The nutty sesame roasting machine comprises a roasting container (10) having a cylinder shape with the open upper portion, formed of a copper material having good thermal conductivity, and having a ceramic coating layer (11) with a thickness of 3 mm to 5 mm; a plurality of heating boards (20) attached to the outer circumference of the roasting container (10); a rotary support member (30) for rotating the roasting container (10) by receiving the driving power of a motor (M) by being combined with a lower surface of the roasting container (10) using a combination member (99); an outside cover member (40) for covering with the roasting container (10) and the rotary support member (30) and having the cylinder shape with the open upper portion; and a support (50) for supporting the outside cover member (40). The roasting container of the sesame roasting machine does not crush a sesame shape such as a round shape in a process for roasting the sesame by being manufactured with the copper material having the high thermal conductivity. Multiple circular wings are sloped in a rotary direction of the roasting container to prevent the sesame from getting out of the bottom and side of the roasting container. The shape of the sesame is not broken because the sesame is roasted with the rotation of the roasting container. The nutty flavor of the sesame is maintained by forming the ceramic coating layer on the inner surface of the roasting container. |
